🥩 THE BEFORE & AFTER NEVER GETS OLD…

This is what 45 days of dry ageing does to a rump of beef.

It might not look pretty before we get the knife to it, but underneath that dark, dry exterior is something rather special 👌

After 45 days, we trim away the outer layer and cut it down into these beautiful Dry Aged Rump Steaks.

A little appreciation post for one of our customers….stacked_aberdare … 🍔🔥

We’ve had the privilege of supplying STACKED from the very start, back when it was just a burger van with a big dream. Watching that dream become their first permanent premises has been brilliant to see.

Not only are they producing incredible burgers, they’re also some of the nicest, most genuine people you could meet. Their passion, hard work and attention to quality is exactly why they’ve built such a loyal following.

We’re incredibly proud to have supplied them from day one and to have played a small part in their journey.

Honestly, these are the best burgers we’ve ever tried, and I don’t say that lightly. The quality, flavour and attention to detail are on another level.

Made with prime pork shoulder, mature cheddar and that unmistakable Marmite flavour, they’re one of our most requested sausages and they’re back in the counter ready for the weekend.

Customer Notice

Due to the exceptionally high temperatures forecast tomorrow, we will be closing the shop earlier than usual, at approximately 1pm to 2pm.

Whilst we are fortunate to have air conditioning in the shop itself, our cold room refrigeration units are located outside and are working extremely hard in the heat. Frequent opening and closing of the cold rooms throughout the hottest part of the day makes it increasingly difficult for them to recover and maintain the temperatures we require to keep your food in perfect condition.

This decision has been made to protect the quality and safety of our products, whilst also helping to protect our refrigeration equipment from unnecessary strain during the hottest part of the day.

All orders will be fulfilled as normal. If you have selected a collection slot later in the day, we will contact you during the morning to arrange an earlier collection time or, if preferred, an alternative collection date.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and continued support.

And don’t panic… if the British weather stays true to form, it’ll probably be snowing again next week! ☀️➡️❄️😆
