Successful trip to Carlisle last weekend where we were very lucky to buy this lovely cow and calf from the westpit herd on the Friday night she is from a very good cow family and full of breeding looking forward too seeing how she breeds for us,well done too the gammie family on a great sale the cattle were an absolute credit too yourselves . We also managed to buy a new junior stock bull grahams Angelo for 14000gns this boy ticked all the box’s for us and we can’t wait see what the future holds for him . He is sired by the high desired derrygullinane kingbull and out of the show winning grahams precious 🔥 he’s a double f94l semen will be available soon all being well 🧬

Great start to our show season our first time exhibiting at Fife show and it was one to remember our shorthorn heifer Cairnbog grace beauty done incredibly well placing 1st in her strong class then went onto win female champion and overall shorthorn champion and also won best homebred. Well also took two limousin heifers who placed 3rd and 4th in there class but too top off the day they won the championship in the pairs interbreed hopefully get some pictures of them at the shows coming up , well done to all the other competitors putting on a great show of cattle .
Also a special thanks to Connor MacCallum and Lisa Wilson for dressing and clipping the cattle turning them out to perfection and also getting on the end of the halter too absolute 🌟 🌟
