49 Years Serving Our Community
For 49 years, J. Lupton Butchers has been proud to serve the people of the southside and beyond,
Since opening our doors in 1977, we’ve had the privilege of serving generations of local families — from grandparents, to parents, to children and now grandchildren.
I've only managed the 26 years in here so far,
Spent over half of my life working in shop learning from the best butchers firstly Jeff, then Richard who passed on the knowledge and secret ingredients 😋
Over those 49 years, so much has changed, but the things that matter to us have stayed the same: quality meat, traditional butchery, friendly service and looking after our customers.
We wouldn’t still be here after 49 years without the loyalty and support of our customers. Every purchase, every recommendation, every familiar face walking through our doors has helped keep J. Lupton going.
