Seared Scallops with Sundried Tomato-Garlic Butter & Cress
🧄 Ingredients:
• Fresh scallops (dry-packed, ideally)
• Sundried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
• 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
• Unsalted butter (or olive oil)
• Baby cress (or watercress)
• Lemon juice
• Salt and pepper
• Optional: white wine, chili flakes, or shallots
