100% VEGAN Baked New York Vanilla and Strawberry Cheesecake. The consistency is absolutely delicious, creamy, rich and velvety soft 🤤 and you can really taste the vanilla and the hint of lemon zest. Bonds so well with strawberries 🔥 perfectly ripe and in full season here in the Uk.. Usually they should be ready in May but this year they are giving their 100% in late June!
A suggestion if you are baking a vegan Cheesecake : Add Vegan safe candied lemon peel, is a game changer 👁️👄👁️
