A quarter-finalist on BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals, a 2026 Great British Menu competitor, and a chef with more than 20 years’ experience across some incredible kitchens, including The Cinnamon Club, Gilpin Hotel and now Cameron House on Loch Lomond - Rohan knows a thing or two about flavour.

Here he’s putting our butter to very good use with his Old Delhi-style Butter Chicken, alongside a freshly cooked garlic naan finished with our Garlic & Herb Butter.

This is exactly the kind of cooking we make our butter for. Proper ingredients, proper butter, proper flavour. 🧈🔥
