Hello 👋 I’ve got some news!

As you may know, The Glasgow Pickle Co. is one of a number of interests I have. I’ve been taking some time to review my portfolio, my work life balance and the time I can commit to my projects and my private life. I’ve been feeling a bit stretched of late. This is due to changes in my other business and my working week.

I’ve made the decision not to progress with The Glasgow Pickle Co. so I can have more time with with my family, friends and dogs, and more time doing things I don’t get to do as regularly as I’d like.

I know this will be disappointing news for many of you and I hope you understand this hasn’t been a decision I’ve taken lightly. For two and a half years the GPC has been organically growing and it’s been amazing to get your feedback and reviews. It’s just not sustainable to carry on with the size of business and rising production costs.

I’m hoping that the GPC will live on in another way, but for now, I’ve cancelled monthly subscriptions and closed the online shop.

I want to thank each and every one of you for supporting my small business and for helping me realise another business dream. 💛 The opportunities for GPC are huge but I just don’t have the capacity to do it. Who knows, maybe someone else will?

I’ll certainly be in touch if anything changes!

This month’s pickle subscription is out!

It’s a take on the original ‘Jewels’ and tying in with the Coronation! 👑

Delightful peppery and cabbagy radishes pickled in my own liquor with herbs and spices. Perfect to top a salad, pimp a boring plate or if you’re like me, pop one or two in the mouth when you’re at the fridge!

The monthly pickle subscription is currently full and I’m not taking any new subscribers on.
