The earliest written record dates to 1494. Three centuries of shifting legality followed concealed in some, sanctioned in others, until the Excise Act of 1823 brought certainty at last.

Governments changed. Legislation was rewritten more than once. The land beneath it all remained exactly as it was.

The name Wolfcraig comes from an ancient piece of Scottish folklore: a night when a wolf’s warning saved a garrison from a silent invasion, crowning the wolf as an eternal symbol of protection and vigilance.

Today, that same spirit of guardianship drives our house. We protect rare casks, honor centuries of blending craft, and bottleneck a piece of Scotland's dramatic past for the world to discover.

Crafted as an official partner release for the RREC's 120th anniversary of Rolls-Royce, the Wolfcraig 33 Year Old Blended Malt is a rare meeting of two crafts.

Dressed in gold and black, its palette drawn from the Rolls-Royce Spectre, it brings together West Highland and Speyside single malts under Richard Paterson and Ian Macmillan.

Only 414 bottles were ever produced, it's a piece of liquid history, and proof of what happens when master blending meets an icon of design...
