The shape of your glass isn't an accident...

A wide-mouthed tumbler doesn't crowd the whisky. It lets the aroma open up and spread out, rather than staying concentrated. Less about analysing every note. More about letting the spirit breathe, and the evening slow down.

Narrow the glass, and the whisky behaves differently. The aroma gathers. Everything pushed toward you at once.

That depth comes from three sherry casks, all chosen in Jerez for our 14 Year Old: Amontillado, Pedro Ximénez and Muscatel.
