There’s something special about seeing people gather over a great cup of coffee ☕️

We really enjoyed being part of the preview event at 3 Lochside Avenue, hosted by CCLA Investment Management and CBRE, marking the transformation of this standout workspace at Edinburgh Park.

Our team spent the day sharing coffee tastings and conversations with the agent community. It was a great reminder that workplaces work best when they’re designed around people. From the quality of the space to the small daily rituals like coffee, it all adds up to how we experience our working day.

Congratulations to CCLA on creating a space that champions sustainability, wellbeing and a genuinely positive workplace experience.
