Hi,
A very warm welcome to Campsie View Kitchen-we are an artisan manufacturer and supplier of premium hand cut Scottish tablet. Having made Scottish tablet for many years for family and friends and always receiving rave reviews, I have now taken their advice and set up a business from home where we make Scottish tablet in the traditional way, in copper pans on an open gas stove. The sweet ingred

ients are hand mixed (no premixes used here!) and slowly and with much patience, continuously stirred by hand until it reaches the perfect temperature and consistency.It is then poured into lined trays, allowed to cool and then hand cut into bite sized chunks of irresistible, creamy Scottish tablet for you to enjoy. Well......... I spent a perfect childhood living in a Scottish village called Lennoxtown which nestles sleepily at the foot of the Campsie Hills.The family home was named 'Campsie View'. When setting up the business it seemed obvious to me to use the name of a place which is very dear to the hearts of all of my family and so 'Campsie View Kitchen' was born. I do hope that you enjoy what we have to offer.............
