Recently a client requested a couple of different options of venison dishes for wedding tasting.

First up was Venison Wellington, curried parsnips, Buckfast jus and fancy carrots

Second dish Venison haunch, dauphinoise potato, raspberries, chocolate jus, toasted hazelnuts.
