Inverarity Morton Founded in 1945, Inverarity Morton is Scotland’s leading independent wines and spirits merchant. We deliver beyond expectations.

By focusing on our people, our product and our service, we have worked hard to establish a reputation at the forefront of our industry. As a composite wholesaler, we are able to supply the licensed trade with an unrivalled portfolio of packaged drinks products. Our wine list features over 2,000 wines handpicked from around the world, many of which we carry exclusively, and we are the only SOPA-certified organic wine importer in Scotland. We have an extensive range of boutique premium spirits, with craft beers, real ales and soft drinks also forming part of our drinks portfolio. We buy from source and keep our costs competitive so customers can get more for their money. Our wine school is a global centre of excellence for hospitality training so customers can get more from their staff. The wheels of our well-oiled logistics machine are kept turning by a slick warehousing and fulfilment operation that ticks over night and day to get the job done.

Since launched Evolution in 2018. It’s always been about brining our customers, supplier and team together, and this year felt especially memorable.

Taking the event to The Garage brought a real sense of nostalgia, and with more than 700 people through the door, the atmosphere was brilliant from start to finish.

A huge thank you every customer who joined us and to all of our brand partners who exhibited and made the day what it was.

Last week we were hosted by for an unforgettable lunch at , bringing together two iconic houses, and

Joined by the w**emakers themselves, we explored how Ch*****ne chalk and Provençal sun can tell such different, beautiful stories in the glass.

The standout moment? Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame Rosé 2018 alongside confit duck — a pairing that stopped the table mid-conversation. The w**e’s silky red fruit and fine bubbles cut straight through the richness, and elevated it.

Last week, our sales team joined Moët Hennessy for a virtual session exploring the Château Galoupet Rosé range, including G de Galoupet and Château Galoupet Rosé.

Led by Mathieu Meyer, Estate Director at Château Galoupet, and Angèle Yang, the session offered a fascinating insight into the estate, its Provençal terroir and the detail behind each w**e.

It’s always a privilege to hear directly from the people behind the bottle and deepen our understanding of the producers we represent.

Last year we marked 80 years of serving Scotland’s Licensed Trade with something woven into history: our very own bespoke tartan, designed by the award-winning Siobhán Mackenzie, the creative force behind the official 2026 Commonwealth tartan.

Crafted in our signature colours, it reflects both the heritage we carry and the future we’re building toward.

From William Morton’s Glasgow beginnings in 1945 to today, our philosophy has never changed: exceptional people, quality products and outstanding service.

The tartan is a tribute to every customer, supplier, and colleague who has been part of our journey.
