Since joining us in 2001 as a Food Production Manager, Kenneth has been a driving force behind our success, shaping our operations and sales strategies with his wealth of experience and dedication. With a solid educational foundation in Hospitality Management and a diverse background in the food industry, Kenneth's journey from chef to leadership roles within our organisation exemplifies his unwavering commitment to excellence.

Throughout his tenure, Kenneth's passion for food and relentless pursuit of quality have been evident, leading to notable achievements such as securing the prestigious BRC Food Safety certification in 2003.

Under his guidance, PJ’s Foods continues to operate to Grade AA standards, setting the bar high for product quality and safety.
As a registered Food Safety Manager certified by the Institute of Food Science & Technology, Kenneth's expertise has been instrumental in upholding our reputation for excellence and building lasting relationships with our customers.
