In this video you can see the full process behind our Halal pulled lamb, from fresh herbs to the final dish.

The herbs were grown right here in our community garden, planted by students from City of Glasgow College. Their work is now part of the meals we’re preparing for the community.

This is where local effort becomes real food.

🍽️ Food Hygiene Training – Accredited Certificate

We have Food Hygiene Training taking place at Fireclay Café from 9:15am – 4pm on Monday 22nd June, delivered by Glasgow Kelvin College.

This is an accredited course, and attendees will receive a certificate upon completion.

If you would like to book a space, please contact the page for more information or to register.
