Hi everyone,
The weather may not be glorious at the moment but you can have a taste of Cyprus and Greece with my traditional and home made frozen meals.
Life is busy just now so my meals are prepped and then frozen to lock in the flavour and ready for you to enjoy whenever you feel.
My cut off date for orders is now Thursday the 3rd of April as I have a small amount of slots left for delivery on Saturday the 4th.

In Cyprus, Easter is one of the most important times for family, and the table is always full of homemade food, so this time I’ve made a few dishes we would normally have at Easter and when the family are all together.

All on the new menu along with the usual favourites.

Everything is freshly prepared in small batches, then frozen for freshness and delivered ready for your freezer.

Perfect to have in for the Easter weekend.

Hi everyone,
Just a wee note to say that I will be taking orders for Saturday the 4th of April, just in time for Easter Sunday!
My menu will have some new additions to it Inc my lamb pastitsio (in photo)
confit-Cypriot Chicken with gorgeous roast lemon and bay potatoes with a hint at of cinnamon and honey😋
I will also have my Lamb Kleftiko and I will be making a crunchy nut Baklava with unctuous orange and honey syrup.
Menu will be posted in the next couple of days.
Mum is getting better so it's jack to the cooker😀

Hi everyone,

Just a little update. There won’t be a delivery this month as my mum has just come out of hospital and I’ve been spending some time looking after her.

As you know, family means everything to us Greeks, so that’s where my focus is just now.

I’m planning to be back cooking for you again with my next delivery on Saturday 4th April, and I’m already planning a lovely Easter menu to share with you all ❤️.
