🆕🇺🇸 “Excellent double dry hopped ipa. Very smooth and juicy. Extremely smooth for double dry hopped IPA” [Untappd]

Trillium’s double dry hopped version of Melcher Street features a heavy dose of Mosaic hops.

The spicy, resinous, herbal aroma bursts with nuances of tart citrus, tangerine, clementine, and subtle green onion. Bold flavours of under-ripe melon, cantaloupe rind, and pineapple are highlighted with gentle bitterness and delicate, biscuity malt character.

🆕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Track and Verdant got together to brew Flux 7, 8, and 9 – a series of hoppy b**rs brewed with Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka.

This is the Flux 8, a New Zealand IPA.

Each of the brews celebrates one of the hops as the lead ingredient. Is your pallate good enough to identify which is which? Each can label has a peel-and-reveal sticker so you can see if you reached the correct conclusions.

🆕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Brewed with Vienna and Cara malts and a blend of noble and modern hop varieties (Tettnang and Huell Melon) this is a rich, smooth and powerful l***r from Simple Things Fermentations; deep amber in colour with a copper-red hue.

Shortbread biscuit aromas with soft honey and delicate fruit notes give way to sweet malt on the palate; smooth and rounded with moderate bitterness and a deliciously clean finish. Ideally suited to well matured meats and cheeses.

🆕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Pages #3 is a zingy, vibrant, and incredibly juicy 6.5% IPA brewed by Verdant, Track, and Beak.

With Citra, Galaxy & Riwaka, they brought together three of the most pungent and expressive hop varieties they could get our hands on. Expect notes of passionfruit, white grape, tropical fruits and pine, with that signature hazy smoothness you’d expect from the three of them.

It’s a banger! Currently 4.2/5 on Untappd.

I also have their new version of Leyline, a zesty lemon-n-lime-y pale ale.
