It’s Friday!!! My busiest day of the week where I roll hunners and hunners of Bon Bons, cut loads of spring onions (through streaming eyes) and shape out those cute little tattie scones 😂

Only after I finish my day at work though 🙈 I wouldn’t have it any other way and I’m looking forward to another busy weekend at Barras Market
It’s the Tenement Trail Festival tomorrow so if you’re around for that please stop by for some haggis 🤩

Loved having On-Yee Eats along to try Haggis Gu Leòr recently ❤️

She gave us a brilliant review and loved tattie scones being cut into “wee cute triangles” 😂

It is always a wee bit nerve-racking watching someone review your food, so hearing how much she enjoyed it was absolutely brilliant 🤩

NEW MENU 👀🔥

We’ve given the Tombomb’s menu a wee revamp, with a few changes and some new options added.

You’ll also notice a slight increase on our prices. It’s never something we want to do, but with the cost of quality ingredients continuing to rise, we’ve had to make a small adjustment.

One thing that won’t change is the quality. We’ll still be using the same quality meats, homemade rubs and sauces, and putting the same time and effort into everything we serve. 🔥

We really appreciate everyone who comes down and supports us week after week. For a small local business, it genuinely means a lot.

After glorious weather and a really busy day on Saturday, Sunday was a complete wash out 😂🌧️

The weather absolutely battered us and unsurprisingly, we didn’t have many customers brave enough to come out 🥹

But you’ve got to take the rough with the smooth 🤷‍♀️

Let’s hope the coming months are kind to us 🤞❤️

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Vvinniie Rrooneey and his amazing Glasgow’s Good Food Group. Vinnie has supported me since he first visited Haggis Gu Leòr way back last year 😁 and has done the same with many other food vendors at Barras Market.

✨ Feeling grateful ✨

I’ve been going to the Barrowland Ballroom to see bands since I was a teenager, so to now be lucky enough to be back in Glasgow with Haggis Gu Leòr and trading at Barras Market is really special 😁

I’ve had an amazing few nights getting back to the ballroom for some brilliant gigs recently and I’m absolutely loving being back in Glasgow and being part of the Barras family. 😁

This…is…what…it’s…all…about 😃

When we first launched Haggis Gu Leòr we wanted to make haggis more accessible to everyone. This summer at Barras Market we have definitely achieved this 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
We’ve been lucky enough to welcome visitors from all over the world 🌏 and allowing them to try haggis for the first time 😃
What a fabulous summer we’ve had, meeting some amazing people 💙
