Tomorrow is a massive day for me—it’s officially the first delivery run for Noor Home Prep!

I started this because I know exactly how it feels to want a healthy, home-cooked meal but just not have the energy for the 45-minute "chopping marathon" after a long shift. I wanted to create something that gives you your time back without having to resort to a takeaway.

The plan for tomorrow: 🕙 Morning: I’m heading out to hand-pick the freshest veg I can find. 🔪 Midday: It’s all systems go in the kitchen—chopping, slicing, and packing everything by hand so it’s recipe-ready for you. 🚗 Afternoon: Delivering straight to your doors across the Southside!

There’s still a tiny window left to get on the list for tomorrow’s run. I’m closing the books at 10 PM tonight so I can get my shopping list finalized.

How do we keep your prep so crisp? Here is the Noor Home Prep secret... 🤫🥗"

Ever wondered why pre-cut veg sometimes goes soggy, but ours stays crunchy? It’s all about the 'Moisture & Air' balance. > If you're prepping at home this Sunday, here are my top 3 tips to keep your veg fresh for the week:

1️⃣ The Paper Towel Trick: For leafy greens or chopped peppers, tuck a dry paper towel into the container. It absorbs excess moisture that causes rot. 2️⃣ Cold Water Shock: For carrots and celery, keeping them in a container of cold water in the fridge keeps them incredibly snap-fresh (just change the water every 2 days!). 3️⃣ Airtight is King: Oxygen is the enemy of freshness. We use airtight, BPA-free containers to make sure your veg doesn't 'oxidize' and turn brown.
