After visiting the beautiful old stones at Stanton Drew on Solstice morning and then stomping up Glastonbury Tor with my girl and the dog for the Solstice sunset, a midsummer pause is absolutely what is needed.. After-all, the origin of the word Solstice is derived from the latin words for sol (meaning sun) and sistere (meaning to stand still) and to stand still and take a moment is exactly what I have done over these past few days, gently preparing for the next few summer months ahead ☀️🙌☀️

I’m home from an exceptionally beautiful weekend down in the deep dark woods, cooking on fire with Andy Murray and Louis O'Hara for and her wonderful group C A M P W E L L W O O D S. Such a stunning space to cook in and I also managed to run a little wild pesto workshop too, which was absolutely my favourite part of the weekend 💚
