Jamie was delighted to be invited to the Perthshire Agricultural Show to demonstrate the art of lamb butchery.

Throughout the demonstration, Jamie showed the audience how a whole lamb is carefully broken down into the different cuts, explaining where each cut comes from and the wide range of products you can get from a single animal. It was a great opportunity to showcase the skill, craftsmanship, and respect that goes into traditional butchery, while helping people have a better understanding where their food comes from.

The big one.........

Another award that has been very close with so many fantastic pies on our journey last season. I actually had to go back to our reviews because we couldn't seperate a few and there was some very notable ones. We were still trying to decide this one tonight!!

In the end though this Pie was given the highest score in the match report. I have to say that should you visit this ground then make sure you get a Steak Pie before they sell out.

A tremendous pie to say the least. So this years winners of our Pie of the Season goes to..............

Us here at Alex Mitchell entered our steak, cheese and haggis burger in to the Scottish craft butchers competition.

Myself and Chelsea attended our regional meeting last night and were presented with the GOLD award.

We are both over the moon with the result.
