Ever wondered how chip shops across Scotland keep their fryers running: whatever the hour? Here’s a look behind the scenes!

Last week, one of our customers faced their busiest night ever. The stakes were high: if the chips ran out, so would the hungry crowd. At 9pm, we jumped out of bed, sprinted to the warehouse, loaded up, and hit the road for a one-hour drive. We made it just before 10:30pm: with boxes of fresh chips in hand and crisis averted.

It’s not just about the spuds. It’s about showing up for our customers when they need us most: rain, shine, or the middle of the night. That’s , powered by people who care and potatoes grown right here in the UK.
