⚠️ We Need Your Help, Glenrothes Community for the glenrothes town festival ⚠️
We’ve unfortunately been let down with our collection and delivery arrangements for our gazebos, and we’re now in a bit of a tight spot.We’re looking to see if anyone with a van might be able to help us out.
📍 Collection: Leven
📅 Pick‑up: Friday 3rd july
📅 Return: Monday 6th
Hiring from the usual companies is coming in far too expensive for us right now, and we simply don’t have the funds available.
So we’re hoping the amazing Facebook community might be able to step in.If you have a van and think you could help over the weekend — or if you know someone who hires vans at a reasonable rate — please get in touch.
Any help at all would mean the world to us.

🚗 Important Safety Update
Over the past few weeks we’ve had several complaints and, after a close call yesterday, we’ve had to tighten our safety rules to protect everyone at the car boot.

From 10am to 12.45pm, no cars will be allowed into the selling area.
We know this may be inconvenient for some, but keeping people safe is our top priority.

If a friend is dropping things off, this must happen before 9.50am, and they’ll have 10 minutes before needing to move on.

If someone is picking items up, they won’t be able to enter with their car until 12.45pm.

Sellers leaving early should speak to an organiser in a blue high‑vis vest so wecan guide you out safely.

We’re doing everything we can to minimise risks and keep the car boot running smoothly.
