I had a fantastic evening last night for the Distant Hills Brewing x Pearsons Butchers Glossop MEAT THE BUTCHER night.

It was great to share some butchery knowledge and our craft to with everyone that attended. Followed of course by some amazing food from the distant hills kitchen and paired with some tasty wines.

Meat eaters heaven is a great setting cooked to perfection and a butchery demonstration by Sam Pearson. What’s not to like.
