🎉 GLOUCESTER DAY 2026 🎉

Celebrate Gloucester’s history, traditions and community with a full day of events across the city centre.

📅 Saturday, 5th September 2026
⏰ 10am–4pm
📍 Gloucester city centre

What’s happening:

🕚 11am – Mock Mayor of Barton Parade
🕦 11:20am – Mock Mayor meets the Mayor of Gloucester at Southgate Street
🕛 12pm – Thanksgiving Service at St Mary de Crypt, Southgate Street
🕑 2pm – Gloucester Day Parade
⚔️ 10am–4pm – Sealed Knot Living History behind St Mary de Crypt
💥 3pm – Ordinance and Artillery Display
🎶 From 4pm – After party at The Folk of Gloucester

The Folk of Gloucester will also be open from 10am, with children’s activities, music, displays, café and bar.

There will also be entertainment, music, food, community groups and stalls throughout Gloucester’s historic Four Gate Streets.

Come into the city, bring family and friends and be part of a day that celebrates Gloucester past and present.
