🥳🥳 It's baaack! We usually swap out the piccalilli for our runner bean chutney this time of year.

Alas, our beans weren't as plentiful as they usually are.. so we restocked the piccalilli...which we know is going to make many of our lovely customers very happy!

I've already sampled it on some cheese and crackers (quality control obviously).... blooming delicious 😁

Now, here at CPHQ we're not above admitting we've messed up. We were invited to pick some grapes growing in a garden in Gloucester. We had visions of Grape Jelly to offer our customers, so we set out picking... and picking...and picking!

Trouble is, it didn't set. We cooked it again and it still didn't set. The consistency is more like marmite (and we all know what people think about that!)

Thing is, it tastes absolutely gorgeous, sweet and fruity! So, we tested it on some toast... and it was a hit.

So, out of a fail, we introduce a small select run of.. Grape Spread 😆

It maybe boiling hot and dry as a bone outside... but in the CPHQ kitchen... it's all things !

Some Christmas carols are gonna have to be playing in the background for the next batch... really get us into the sprit! 🎄 🎅🎅🏾😁

The first batch of blackberries are being processed (hence why they are now pink!)... so that means our will be back in stock ready for the this Friday and Saturday!

Delicious on toast but we've been enjoying it with our yoghurt bowl in the mornings, cos y'know, health and all 😁

We should have Plum Jelly ready for this weekend too!

Where better to launch our new seasoning than at farmers' Market! Tintern Village Hall

Introducing the Wedges and Chips seasoning... does what it says on the tin, sprinkle some on your wedges or chips before cooking to ramp up the favour!

We're launching our new here at St. Briavel's
Its a delicious mix of sweet and heat, with fresh chillies and sweetness from peaches .. I'm already hooked. This one is definitely going to be staying!

Restocking our was this weeks agenda. And whilst we wait for our peppers to grow big and delicious, we got this amazing box from our lovely friends at the Shambles Market!... 🌶 🌶 🌶
