Stop Saul-Epney Solar A Solar Farm, with BESS and Substation, is proposed for land between Epney and Upper Framilode. We are awaiting an actual planning application.

Everyone living in and around those areas will be affected.

The appeal hearing for the solar farm is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 26th August 2026 from 10am in the Council Chamber at Ebley Mill.

The hearing is public and interested parties can attend to witness the procedure.

Any objectors wishing to speak must liaise with the planning inspectorate about the possibility of speaking during the hearing, as this is strictly at the Inspectors discretion.
