Hart's Traditional Turkeys We are a small family farm rearing traditional free range bronze turkeys in heart of rural Gloucestershire. Not at Hart’s Traditional Turkeys!

In our modern world, too much emphasis is placed on speedy results and low-cost, large-scale production - regardless of the impact on animal welfare, the environment, or your taste buds. We raise our small number of premium free range turkeys with love and care from day-old chicks on our beautiful Gloucestershire farm in the traditional way, which is why we can say with absolute conviction that a Hart's turkey is just like turkey used to be – succulent, full of flavour and very, very tasty.

With my parents Rob and Lin having fully retired from Hart’s Traditional Turkeys in 2023, I was determined to continue the fantastic work they started. Unfortunately, due to the demands of my work, this isn’t something I’m able to do and sadly, 2024 was our final year.

The most difficult part by far will be not seeing and catching up with our wonderful customers - many of which have become great friends.

This is not a decision I have taken lightly but will look back with fondness having had the pleasure of working with my parents and our wonderful team for over 40 years.
