Remember we said something had been happening behind the scenes? This is it.
Nichols Pickles & Preserves is getting a new home and we’re really pleased to finally be able to share it.
It might not look like much just yet, but behind that newly cut door frame will be our new production kitchen. It will give us considerably more room to cook, develop new products, store ingredients and packaging, and keep growing the business.
The extra space doesn’t mean changing how we make things. Our preserves will still be made by us, using traditional cooking methods, in small batches, just as they are now. We’ll simply have a kitchen that gives us more room to do it.
When we started in 2024, we certainly didn’t imagine we’d be taking on a unit of our own quite this soon. It feels like a big step for us, and one we’re genuinely excited about.
There’s still a fair amount of work to do before we’re cooking in here, but we’ll share the transformation as it happens.
For now, this doorway is the beginning of the next chapter for Nichols Pickles & Preserves.
