Graham is looking forward to catching up with Will Studd next week, see below on how to tune in.

One week until our evening with Will Studd. Have you registered yet?

Here's what's so good about this one. Three makers. Three continents. One conviction in common.

Andy Hatch from Uplands Cheese, Wisconsin only makes cheese in summer - because the health of the pasture matters, the season matters, and it all shows up in the milk.

Graham Kirkham from Mrs Kirkhams Lancashire Cheese makes cheese in a creamery alive with generations of microbial history - the kind of invisible culture that gives a cheese its soul.

Will Studd has spent a lifetime fighting for the raw milk that makes cheeses like these possible. His new documentary series β€” Cheese: Searching for a Taste of Place β€” is now streaming in the UK and USA. This webinar is your chance to hear from the people behind it.
