To all our customers, followers and friends...
After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to gradually wind down operations at Gorleston Apiary so I can give my full attention to Apis CIC .
Gorleston Apiary has been a huge part of my journey, and I’m so grateful to everyone who has supported it over the years, everyone who has bought honey, followed the page, shared posts, asked questions, recommended us, and encouraged the work from the beginning.
This decision hasn’t come because Gorleston Apiary has stopped mattering. It’s come because Project Apis CIC is growing quickly, and the community work we’re doing through the CIC deserves my full focus.
Through Project Apis CIC, we’re creating community apiaries, opening up beekeeping to people who may not otherwise get the chance, supporting wellbeing, reducing isolation, teaching people about pollinators, and building something that I feel can do even more for our community.
The bees, the honey, and the heart behind Gorleston Apiary are not disappearing. They are becoming part of the next chapter.
From now on, honey will be sold through Project Apis CIC, helping support our wider community beekeeping, pollinator education, wellbeing, and biodiversity work across Norfolk and Suffolk.
I’ll also be announcing new honey sale locations very soon across the East Coast, so please keep an eye out on our Project Apis CIC social pages and website.
