CHAOS 🍦🍼

The single word that pretty much sums up summer 2026, absolute Chaos.

Our newest team member Winnie joined us in July. Imagine having a baby during the single busiest month of the year for both the Farm and Ice Cream 🤦‍♂️. Needless to say Natasha has done this entirely by herself . . . Again 😅.

Also just to say a massive THANK YOU to every one of you for keeping us insanely busy all summer. Every single person down the lane, our stockists and events Thank you to each and every one.

We have lots of new ideas to hopefully continue to bring you all some Ultra Creamy ice cream all winter.

Also just a note, Winnie HATES the car, so if you meet us coming with a face on us, Winnie is probably screaming in the back.

Nutella is Chocolate and Hazelnut but is made up of mainly Palm oil. So we have taken the idea and in our opinion, made it better.

A great opportunity to learn a bit more about the UFU. Greatly enjoyed my time.

The Ulster Farmers’ Union (UFU), with the support of the Young Farmers’ Clubs of Ulster (YFCU), is relaunching its Next Generation Forum and opening applications for the fourth tranche.

Applications will open on Monday 3 August and close on Friday 28 August 2026.

First established in 2017, the Next Generation Forum provides young farmers and growers under the age of 40 with an opportunity to become more involved in the work of the UFU and help shape the future of Northern Ireland’s agricultural industry.
