I spent today washing and cleaning my tractor, she spends the winter in the shed hooked up to the baler so was desperately in need of a wash!
Always starts first time even after sitting for a few months, washed outside, hoovered and cleaned inside, just need it to stop raining now so we can actually cut some hay!
New tyre, wiper blade and mirror bracket on order so me and her will soon be ready to roll into long days and late nights 🙌🏻 💙

Well I’m not sure what’s happened to flaming June 🙉😂 but of course it’s hay season so I guess it will rain 🌧️ 🙈 we had a very big thunderstorm over head today and plenty of rain⛈️ im sure the weather will take up eventually for the hay and I’ll be on the job of round baling 🚜 so I’ll enjoy the bit of peace while I can 😂🌧️

A busy Saturday moving the last of the little hay bales out of the shed, then Cameron mucked the goats out and we put them in the shed where the hay was, as the shed they were in will be easier for them to get in with the flat 8 grab and hopefully the shed we’ve put the goats in now is more goat proof 🤣 but these 6 🐐 are houdinis so we shall see! I think Rosie (in the middle with the toothy smile) is already plotting her escape plan with her kids 😆🤣
Have goats they said, they’ll be fun they said….🙄😵‍💫😬🙈🙉 my advice, if you want a peaceful life do.not.have.goats! 🙉

💙🤍You can lay down your cap and stick now aleck your work on earth is done, we hope we did you proud today, it was an honour, a final journey, a final farewell to a family friend, you will be missed, rest in peace Aleck. 💙 🤍
