A huge thank you to Anna and Gary from FB The Wholesaler and Tom from Heritage Fine Foods for joining us at our annual Head of Kitchen Conference at the end of August.
Their informative presentations provided valuable insight into how their businesses work to supply our kitchens with fresh, ethically sourced produce. The sessions were engaging and comprehensive, giving delegates a greater understanding of the journey from supplier to school plate.
They also treated our delegates to a selection of healthy and delicious fruit kebabs during the mid-morning break, which were very well received.
