Edie & Lilibet have headed off to their new home together! 🐮

This afternoon we delivered two stunning in calf Angus heifers to a local farmer. I didn’t get a photo of the girls today so here’s a throw back to when they were small!

I’m hoping to pop back and see them both when they’ve had their calves 🥰

The roast dinners are back! 🙌🏻

We’re out of beef… so naturally, the beef farmers have had to turn to the little farmers’ favourite meat….chicken, and very tasty it was too 😍

With red cabbage, smoked bacon lardons, apple & a sprinkle of brown sugar - one of our favourite sides!

The pop up shop will be stocked with fresh beef joints this Friday, and chicken too!

I’ll update our social media accounts when pre orders are back open again for our next batch of beef.

💻 TO ORDER: visit the ‘click and collect’ page on the website & make sure you select the correct date and location you are picking up from. (I will let you know in advance when the next pre ordering date is open as it is currently closed)‼️

✨ Pre ordering isn’t essential, but it does avoid disappointment 😊

✅ Our pop up shop opening times are on the website.

👋🏻 If you’re new here, please note we aren’t open all the time. There’s a lot of logistics behind the scenes that go on to get our beef booked in at the butchers, to get the animals to the abattoir, fetched home, packed and labelled by our small team, whilst running a farm and everything else. We’re super grateful to everyone who supports us, but please remember we are a small family run farm so can only produce so much beef each month for our shop 🙏🏻

Harvest time column in our village magazine! 📰

This is the first time I’ve written something like this, so I hope you enjoy the read…ramble! 🫣

My first column is all about harvest time, the busiest time of year when the countryside comes alive with activity, the fields are being gathered in, and we’re reminded just how much hard work goes on behind the scenes to produce the food that ends up on our tables. 🌾🚜
