Using organic methods, with 6000 plants and approx. 50 varieties from heatless to super-hot we have something for everyone. Welcome to Cornish Chillies
Cornish chillies began in 2014 at Grampound where we started with 150 plants. Since the beginning of 2017 we have been based in the beautiful Cornish countryside at Summercourt, midway between Newquay and Truro and have expanded to over 6000 plants

covering 50 varieties from heatless to super-hot. Using organic methods all our chillies are grown locally with a range of carefully selected varieties for flavour, heat and culinary uses. We are passionate about eating healthy, freshly grown chillies and are always happy to discuss anything to do with chillies, so do get in touch with us. We are also happy to advise on the best chillies to help you create that authentic flavour for your menu and would love to collaborate with special events such as a ‘chilli evening’ providing displays of our produce and experts on hand.

So many enquiries as to when this lovely mild chutney is back in stock. Well, not long now. It's made with our home grown Apricot Habanero Chillies, so we need to wait until we have enough ripened for the next batch. Many are on the way now, so we hope we will have the chutney back for early September.

Feeding day at the zoo 🦓 🌶️ we also make a natural feed with bananas to give them an extra boost of potassium as well as the coffee grounds that we bury at the base of every chilli plant. Here’s to big strong chilli plants and a delicious harvest 🔥🌶️
