Cornish chillies began in 2014 at Grampound where we started with 150 plants. Since the beginning of 2017 we have been based in the beautiful Cornish countryside at Summercourt, midway between Newquay and Truro and have expanded to over 6000 plants covering 50 varieties from heatless to super-hot. Using organic methods all our chillies are grown locally with a range of carefully selected varieties for flavour, heat and culinary uses. We are passionate about eating healthy, freshly grown chillies and are always happy to discuss anything to do with chillies, so do get in touch with us. We are also happy to advise on the best chillies to help you create that authentic flavour for your menu and would love to collaborate with special events such as a ‘chilli evening’ providing displays of our produce and experts on hand.

What a great Sunday afternoon with a fab bunch of people on one of our Chilli Farm tours. The weather was great and what should have been a tour lasting 1.5 - 2 hours went on to over 3!! Nobody minded everybody was having such a good time.

The 2nd slide shows everyone tucking into a sample of our product following the journey of the polotunnels. After the eating every headed to pick their chillies to take home.. thankfully we didn't lose anybody in the plants

One of our new favourites, the Zebranga. We have several kilos of this bad boy available.
It has the heat of a Jalapeno, maybe a little warmer. Its flavour profile starts with a sugar rush followed by fruitiness and then some heat.
Very versatile, great on pizzas, in salsas and mild to medium sauces. But we need to try it in a jam😋😋🌶️🌶️
