Be quick before she eats it all 😅 Jade, along with her super helpful Mum & Grandma, used to make these beauties during her own bakery days in Lincoln and they sold like hot cakes! Now (while Jade is full time butchering) they are made by Bramble Foods in Market Harborough and personalised for us to add that finishing touch ❤️ if you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out! 🍔 🍔 🍔 Our burger game just went up a level and Jade can’t get over just how cute the NEW sliders are, cheeky little numbers… and of course we have the buns to match! 🥩 From left to right:

- Sundried tomato & basil 🌿 (small 3inch)
- Beef & onion 🧅 (medium 4inch)
- Spanish style with chilli & paprika 🌶️ (large 5inch)

Jade has made a lovely little batch of Wild Boar sausages ahead of service tomorrow 🖤 The superb carcass is from Orchard Hill Farm in Kent and if you’d like to know more about this specialist product, we will be happy to answer any questions in store 👌

Here, we have seasoned the meat with a truly decadent, savoury and herb fusion of rubbed thyme, subtle pine flavours of rosemary, an aniseed hit of tarragon & a sprinkling of coriander 🌿

🔥 From the wild to the grill- seasoned, stuffed and ready to sizzle! Proper comfort food, nothing beats sausages made from scratch 🤤

🥳🥳 Happy Friday everyone! Today we welcome our 2nd stockist… 🥳🥳

🌴 We are proud to say that The Cholmeley Arms now stock our own award winning Lincolnshire pork sausages! Head over to enjoy our sausages as part of their delicious pub menu. Whether you’re after a classic sausage and mash or something a little different, it’s a great place to give our sausages a try.

Fun fact: I have known of Adam since he took on the pub & letting rooms at the same time as Jade at the farm shop a little over 3 years ago 🙌 He has vast experience in the pub world, so we know our sausages are in safe hands 🙌 On a more personal note, Jade has past connections to the pub and its home (the Easton Estate) after she first arrived to start her second job as a chef at 16 years old, back in 2008. You can ask Jade more in store, about her whirlwind 20+ year growing career, she could write that book! 🫶

✨ It’s Fri-yay and with it comes the big reveal you’ve all been waiting for… 🥁

🌴 WE’RE BRANCHING OUT and are proud to say that Hatties now stock our homemade (snack size) Lincolnshire pork sausage rolls! Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, lunch, or a freshly brewed cup of tea, you can enjoy one of our delicious sausage rolls served alongside their warm hospitality in a beautiful tearoom setting.

Fun fact: I have known of Shaun since he visited one of my food technology classes with Mrs Booth at high school in Corby Glen (around 20 years ago 🤯). He had with him, Mr Middleton, who would then go on to be one of my tutors at catering college in Stamford- who knew!
