Tomorrow (Thursday 25th) we will be back open! There will be adjustments to our usual menu due to this dreadful heatwave, but we won't let it defeat us!

We will be serving our usual menu but temporarily cannot offer fried items unfortunately. Our fryers and griddle produce an incredible amount of heat.
But we will be open to serve....

Salads
Panini and Toasties
Jacket potatoes
Sandwiches, wraps, baps and sticks
Sausages and bacon, chicken burgers (Praise to the invention of the air fryer!)

Cakes

Cold cans, Frappes, iced coffees, frappacino, smoothies, milkshake, coffees, tea

Reluctantly, we are closed tomorrow. This extreme heat warning will be impossible to work in safely unfortunately. Today we reached 42ยฐ in our unit due to the fryer, griddle and just being in a giant metal box! I have to think of staff working here. We will be about in the morning to prepare booked buffets and contract deliveries but not open for general sale. Hopefully we will be back on Thursday but maybe a limited menu if this heatwave continues as predicted. I will update.

All of my customers are so understanding, so watch this space. Marie really is hot stuff!!
