The Great Cheverell Meat Company We are located in the wonderful village of Great Cheverell, Wiltshire. Where better to buy your meat than directly from the farm?

We carefully select, expertly butcher and clearly package our meat ensuring you receive some of the best local meat available. We understand that many of us want to know more about where our meat comes from, the welfare of the animals and the environmental impact of what we eat. l less than 10 miles to our local abattoir and butcher. It's early days but we have worked closely with Chris, Patrick and Joe our butchers who don’t just expertly butcher and package our meat, they help us bring together the best additional ingredients and seasonings to create our burgers, sausages and seasoned cuts. The first ready Boar Goats were produced as Merguez Sausages, Caramelised Onion Burgers, Prime cut Diced and some selected Fine cuts. We completely sold out of the goat meat before we had a chance to launch our website! The feedback was very positive and we are pleased to say the demand has been established.
