Any that’s a wrap; asparagus season over for another year.

Thank you to all our customers.

The asparagus is now growing tall in the field, soon the fern will develop and be soaking up the sunshine.

We do have English broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, beans and peas. Our own veg are growing nicely in the fields.

PYO strawberries and gooseberries continue, open daily 10 till 5.30. The postcode for the strawberry field is NR29 5DP whilst the gooseberries are here at the farm shop, NR29 5AJ

Thank you to everyone who visited our PYO fields over the weekend. It was busy, there was a wonderful vibe.

Picking fruit is such a simple, rewarding, task.

The field is open every day, 10 till 5.30. It’s quieter on the weekdays so come and enjoy the peace.

There are plenty of strawberries, it’s peak season.

It’s Sunday and it’s strawberry season, happy days.

We’re picking Sonata and Malling Centenary in the PYO. Both delicious berries loving the sunshine.

The PYO strawberries are open daily 10 till 5.30, the field is adj to the A149 in Rollesby, NR29 5DP. Dogs are welcome in the car park, but not in the strawberry crop.

PYO gooseberries are now open, based at the farm shop. £4.30/kg. We’ll happily sell you a container, please feel free to bring your own.

The sun is shining on a bright and breezy Tuesday morning.

Julia, aka Catfield cakes, has just delivered her latest batch of homemade goodies. (Carrot cake and coffee & walnut cakes. Plus lemon and ginger loaves).

Tavern Tasty Meats have delivered fresh meat and pastries, including coleslaw and their sausage rolls.

Charlie was busy planting sunflowers yesterday. Spring cauliflowers, harvested in May, means small patches of bare land in June. We plant sunflowers in these patches to benefit the wildlife and to make us smile 😊.

It may be a damp Saturday, but it’s wonderful growing weather.

The pumpkins are up and away, the courgettes are planted and the potatoes are doing nicely. Such a relief after the heat of the bank holiday.
