Autumn is in the air and so the curly kale is ready.

It’s too wet for PYO onions today, the field is closed.

The good news is that the road is open. The road closure signs have disappeared. Good news for the village yard sale on Saturday, it’s not too late to book your yard

PYO blackberries and raspberries continue at the farm shop.

PYO onions are open daily 10 till 4 until next Sunday (13th).

The onions are adj to the A149 at the west end of Rollesby.

We have PYO blackberries and raspberries here at the farm shop, NR29 5AJ, open daily 9 till 6pm

Just a reminder that PYO onions opens tomorrow, Saturday, at 10am.

Open daily 10 till 4pm up to and including Sunday 13th September.

Please do wear sturdy shoes.

We have nets available but you’re welcome to bring your own.

The onion entrance is off the A149, just up from this year’s strawberry patch.

These onions, stored cool and dry will keep until at least early summer 2027.

The government are telling us to stockpile food ready for winter storms…see you there!

Good morning on a breezy Thursday.

The apples form How Hill have arrived. Bramley and Norfolk Royal, an early eater.

The cheesecakes from WhiskCraft are blackberry and Malteaser. Plus the chocolate and lemon tiramisu.

We have PYO blackberries and raspberries.

The PYO onions are up and drying.

PYO onions will open 10am on Saturday (5th September). Open daily 10 till 4 until Sunday 13th September.

Whites 71p/kg, Reds 82p/kg. Nets 40p (you’re welcome to bring your own).

The field is adj to the A149, down the track towards the barns. There will be signage.

August into September is harvest time. The monthly seasonal basket is full of produce from our fields.

Maris peer potatoes, deliciously sweet sweetcorn, cabbages, courgettes, kohl rabi, tenderstem and broccoli, cauliflowers, swede and beetroot.

The runner beans and Victoria plums come from friends in Rollesby.

How Hill apples should arrive any moment and PYO onions are planned for Saturday 5th until Sunday 13th September.

Charlie and I left the farm for a couple of days this weekend (!). We returned to find a lovely surprise.

Bolts of late summer colour for your garden, perfect to fill those gaps after the welcome recent rain.

We have PYO blackberries and some raspberries. Last week for redcurrants. Sunflowers are past their best but you’re very welcome to walk round.

Two much requested products are back in stock.

Crush Garlic oil and Norwich Porridge both arrived today, just in time for the bank holiday weekend.

We’re open every day over the weekend, 9 till 6 as usual.

We have PYO blackberries and some raspberries. Last week for redcurrants. Sunflowers are past their best but you’re very welcome to walk round.
