' DESIRES ' was started to fulfill my craving ,my yearning ,my
' DESIRES ' to make food have a zing , and find new flavours and amalgamate traditional ones that create moments of intense
' DESIRES ' with the simplest and basic everyday foods that are so often ' Run of the mill ' , ' Mundane ' and plain boring. I have and do achieve this every time ,through sheer experimentation ,stearing off from the basic reciepes and and always eating the final products. I thrive on these products and your desires will increase as you long for more ,yearn for your tastebuds to be tantalized once again .
