Chuffed to be selected as finalists in the Street Food Salon competition at the International Salon Culinaire!💥

We’ve been working hard in the kitchen perfecting something new we’ve been dreaming of for sometime: our very own take on the two things we love most—souvlaki and fried chicken!

Brined in our signature souvlaki marinade and double-dredged for extra crunch, it has definitely won us over! 🍗🔥
