Opening day, through the lens.

Thank you to everyone who came along to support us, explore the new shop and help make the first day such a success.

What a day.

After weeks of planning, building, painting and preparing, it was amazing to finally open the doors and welcome everyone back to Johnstone.

A huge thank you to everyone who popped in today, whether it was for a coffee, a cake, a look around, or just to see what we've been up to.

Seeing the shop busy again made all the hard work worthwhile.

Here's to the next chapter of Aulds Johnstone 🤍

We made it.

Two weeks ago we closed the doors and started a complete transformation of our Johnstone shop. Tomorrow at 9am, we finally get to show you the finished result.

Alongside the new look, we've got plenty of new things for our Johnstone customers to discover, including a brand new drinks range, new sandwich options, baguettes, bagels and more.

We'll also be launching our new Chocolate Fudge Cake, which will be available across all Aulds shops.

And if you're one of the early visitors, we'll even have a few freebies waiting for you.

Thank you for following the journey.

A few days ago we were talking about flooring, joinery and display cabinets arriving. Now you can finally start to see how it all comes together.

The counters are in, the pricing boards are up, and for the first time it genuinely feels like a bakery again.

There's still a few final jobs to get through before opening, but we're nearly there.

We'll be opening the doors this Saturday at 9am, and we can't wait to welcome you back.
