Three whiskies, each one selected and developed by our Wh**ky Maker Laura Davies, and bottled with integrity: without chill filtration or added colouring. The Sherry Cask Matured and 100 Proof are both heavily Sherried Speyside Single Malts, while Candlebrae is a waxy, naturally sweet Highlander matured for a decade in American oak.

This is the moment fermentation begins. The wort from the mashtun fills our washback, and we pitch the yeast to start converting sugars into alcohol. At Ardgowan, we ferment for 144 hours: almost twice the industry average. That extended time allows additional esters and flavour compounds to develop, giving our new make spirit a fruity complexity.

Grassy aromas on the nose are followed by creamy toffee and gooseberry jam on the palate and butterscotch on the finish. This Clydebuilt single cask is a Speyside wh**ky distilled at Linkwood Distillery in 2014. Bottled at its cask strength of 56.3% ABV and limited to just 332 bottles worldwide. 🥃
