Saturday Sandwich Special!
🇮🇹 A taste of Italy, via West Cork ❤️
The best freshly baked focaccia from Counter Culture Bread in Bangor, fresh basil pesto, layered with prosciutto, Macroom Buffalo creamy burrata, local tomatoes, and finished with a drizzle of 3 year aged balsamic sourced when we were recently lucky enough to visit Toons Bridge Dairy✨
There will be a limited number of these available!
We will also have some of our homemade pulled honey and mustard cooked gammon, in a sourdough toastie with applewood cheddar, pickled gherkins and a mustard mayo toasted fresh for you!
Also our paninis - which have been flying out all week, and our homemade sandwiches; all made upstairs using all of our own produce 🥰
Also not forgetting - our meat counter will be packed with the best of local, with 4 week aged Angus sirloins, fillets and roasts, local Chicken, pork and beef.
We are also going to have a batch of the very popular brie and red onion stuffed burgers tomorrow for sale!
Sold in packs of two; a great easily elevated Saturday night tea!
The market is also bursting with new season fresh produce, that we are delighted to bring down the Peninsula for you.
All sorts of fresh berries, nectarines, peaches, bananas, Rhubarb, Pink lady apples, oranges, conference pears and more!
Pictured you’ll also see fresh new season carrots, straight from the field on the bunch🥕, we’ve also lovely bunches of beetroot and an array of fresh local veg directly from the farmers.
Freshly baked breads from Counter Culture, pastries and home baking, all made upstairs in our kitchen, using our generational family recipies ❤️
Thanks as always for choosing to support the local, independent businesses in a world full of supermarkets and mass produce 🫶🏼
