The weather forecast is looking promising 😎👍🏻 anyone fancy a juicy sausage ? What about these Jumbo Hot Honey BBQ Brisket sausages. Individually linked so you can buy as little or as many as you like. (Approx 3oz each)

They have a light smoky chilli 🌶️ hit, with a subtle sweet hot honey flavour.

With them being made from best British Beef Brisket, they would cook great either low and slow on a smoker / BBQ or grilled to keep them nice and juicy, to be fair we even tried cooking them in an Air Fryer on roast setting, for about 15 mins and were great 😊 .

Our new favourite, will definitely be our Pre England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Football meal tonight 😎👍🏻

***PART TIME SHOP ASSISTANT*

Working as part of our sales team at our Birketts Cromwell rd. shop, due to a pending retirement.
The position would suit someone who works well as a team, reliable, energetic and have great customer skills.
Although previous experience and a sound knowledge of food hygiene would be preferred, in house training could be provided to the right candidate.

Cromwell road:

Tuesdays 8:15am - 1pm
Wednesday 8:15am - 1pm
Saturday 8:30am - 1:30pm

With flexible possibilities of holiday cover.

It’s been a busy few weeks, with all the sun for bbqs ☀️ however, the British summer time likes to keep us on our toes with a few showers and storms 😂😂

I’ve been down at Cromwell Road for a few weeks, having some fun while one of the Butchers has had a well earned Holiday!
We’ve been putting a few new products in, Breakfast burgers seem to have been a great hit!

Here’s some pics from Cromwell rd to tantalise you for the weekend, still lots of summer orientated meats and also lots of best British Lamb, beef and Lincolnshire Pork Joints available!!

All products also available at the Heneage rd shop and Grimsby Top Town Market in Freshney Place Shopping Centre. While stocks last 😃🙏

They are always busy when myself or family pops in.

And It has such a similar vibe to our butchers!

I’m sure most people already use their fabulous service, if not get down to Premier Seafoods Ltd / kingcrab.co.uk

I’ve wanted to give them a shout out in the past ( hope they don’t mind) , but I never seem to get round to it, as their service and products are always top notch.

We had their Meaty Halibut last night, and it was outstanding, thanks again Daisy for serving me last thing, when you where all trying to get cleaned down 👍🏻👍🏻 😂.

These are our Mince Beef & Onion Pies,
Made with slow cooked quality British Beef. Encased in our home made traditional Shortcrust pastry.
Egg washed and baked for approximately 20 - 25 mins

We had fresh Purple sprouting broccoli, mash potatoes and green beans with ours, fresh vegetables from the girls The veg stall Grimsby Top Town Market and you can really taste the difference!!

lots of options whether its Lamb leg, Lamb shoulder, (bone in or Boneless rolled) You're choice, and all the other choice cuts, freshly prepared for you.

We'll be having slow roasted rolled Shoulder for our Easter Sunday Lunch.
