The meatball trays are actually ovenproof, just remove the film and place it on an oven-able tray

And they make a quick tasty meal whatever you decide have them with, whether you have them with Pasta or Meatball Subs/Paninis like these were.

**The Belly - Pork Chop**
The best of 2 cuts combined, at about an inch and half thick, a great sharer.

It enables you to have a portion of belly pork and pork loin each ( or just for yourself 🤣)

All it needs is salt & pepper to enhance how fantastic our British / Lincolnshire pork is.

Great, pan seared to colour and crisp, then finish in the oven, slower for even cooking. Cook until internal temp reaches around 74 deg.

This one was lightly smoked on a Ninja Woodfire grill outdoors on roast to 70 deg, then seared to get the golden crisp texture. Then rested.

Even after my 30+ years at Birketts I’m still proud to see these come out of our ovens daily.

All produced here Birketts Butchers in Grimsby from start to finish.

Our traditional Pork Pies are made with a hot water Pastry, that gives them that brilliant crisp casing, proudly made using all British ingredients, even the glaze is made using local free range eggs 🥚 from newhavenpoultry.
The Meat filling is freshly prepared by our Butchers using locally sourced Lincolnshire pork shoulder with a peppery seasoning.

These are patiently waiting to be jellied !

The question is it the Cornish way Jam 1st then Clotted Cream, or the Devon way with Clotted Cream then Jam ??

The weekend is officially here 🙌 and already I can’t wait for Sunday breakfast 🍳 our 5oz “all day breakfast burgers” are the best !! Lincolnshire pork sausage meat with dry cured smoked bacon and black pudding !! (Currently at the Heneage rd shop)

Our Cromwell Rd shop is starting to look sharp again, with its matching paint job, just a few more touches to finish its well deserved upgrade , joining Heneage rd and our Grimsby top town market stall. 😍😍 hopefully you agree. Thanks for your continued support
