A date for your festive diary…

On November 21st the wonderful Royal Surrey Choir will return to the distillery to help us celebrate the arrival of Christmas at the distillery.

This year our theme - A Surrey Hills Christmas - brings together the traditional decor that makes a countryside Christmas so special. We’re also launching our Silent Pool Gin Christmas cocktail menu in the Terrace Bar, including the return of our delectable Hot Toddies.

The Royal Surrey Choir is an award winning community choir that raises money for local and national charities. Jake, the choir director, will lead the members through Christmas carols and West End and film favourites. This is the second time the choir have performed for us at Christmas - last year’s performance was so fabulous and we just had to invite them back.

The distillery shop will be open for those who fancy a spot of seasonal shopping - and we’ll be launching our Black Friday offers too.

£5 to attend - all ticket profits to Parkinson’s UK, the Royal Surrey Choir’s 2026 charity. Link to book in profile.

The Negroni.

Made with equal parts gin, vermouth rosso and Campari. Served with ice and garnished with orange.

A simple recipe that delivers a complex, perfectly balanced cocktail that combines bitter, sweet and botanical flavours.

Serve with Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin. Crafted with four of the world’s rarest citrus fruits and spicy peppers, it marries beautifully with the other Negroni ingredients.
