The Brief
To mark 30 years in the UK, our client wanted to bring together past, present and prospective customers for an afternoon that said thank you, celebrated the journey so far, and created an opportunity to strengthen relationships for the future.
The brief was quintessentially British: a beautifully delivered High Tea experience — but on a significant corporate scale.
The Event
We created a bespoke High Tea menu, paired with a selection of English wines, alongside a fabulous bar menu and full bar service.
A team of 25 event and hospitality staff looked after guests throughout the afternoon, creating a relaxed but highly polished experience where our client could concentrate on one thing: spending time with their customers.
The Location — An Industrial Estate Takeover
This is where the project became particularly interesting.
The celebration took place at our client's premises in Weybridge, requiring us to transform part of an industrial estate into a fully functioning hospitality venue.
Working closely with the client and their ground-services team, the site was completely reimagined with:
A substantial marquee installation
Furniture and event styling
Dedicated catering kitchen marquee
Full bar facilities
Event lighting
Temporary power and generator provision
Water supply and water butts
Guest and operational infrastructure
The scale of the installation required two days of build and set-up, followed by approximately 1½ days of breakdown and site reinstatement.
The result? Guests arrived not at an industrial estate, but at a beautifully considered corporate celebration created entirely around the client's milestone.
