At our distillery in the Surrey Hills, bee farmer looks after the hives that provide the local honey used in Silent Pool Gin, one of the botanicals behind its signature smooth texture. 🐝

Our Beekeeping Experience gives guests the opportunity to join Sergio, step into a beekeeper’s suit and explore the hives up close, learning about the fascinating lives of bees and their importance to the surrounding environment.

The experience finishes with a Bee’s Knees cocktail, bringing the connection between the bees and our gin back to the glass.

As autumn settles over Albury, the trees around the water begin to turn and the reflections take on deeper, warmer colours. It is a quieter side of the Surrey Hills, and one of those seasonal changes we never really tire of seeing. 🍂

Adjacent to Silent Pool, Sherbourne Pond forms part of the peaceful landscape surrounding our distillery. There is a certain stillness to the water and a sense of tranquillity here that feels particularly special at this time of year.

Overlooking Silent Pool in the Surrey Hills, our Terrace opened last year as a new space for guests to experience the distillery in a different way. 🍸

Since then, it has become the setting for seasonal events, intimate dining experiences and weekends at the bar, with cocktails served against one of the most distinctive views at the distillery, looking out over the still waters of Silent Pool.

The Terrace Bar is open at weekends, and you can keep an eye on the Experiences section of our website for upcoming events and ways to join us at the distillery. 🩵

From tastings and cocktails to a series of masterclasses hosted by our Brand Ambassador , Silent Pool Gin was part of the experience throughout, building towards one of the defining moments of the day, The Silent Pool Gin “Confined” Handicap Stakes.

With the racecourse buzzing from the first pours to the excitement trackside, the occasion brought together exceptional hospitality, a lively atmosphere and everything that makes a day at Ascot feel so distinctive. 🩵

Silent Pool Gin arrived in Florence for an evening at Serre Torrigiani, with our Brand Ambassador Antonio Franzese and Nico Scotto from Six Senses London bringing the experience to life through aroma, botanicals and cocktails. 🌿🍸

Friends of the brand were invited into an intimate Aroma Masterclass, exploring the botanicals and aromas behind the spirit before creating their own Aroma Garnish. The evening continued at the bar, where Nico led the guest experience with a selection of cocktails throughout the night.

Three ingredients, equal measures and beautifully simple to make. 💫

25ml Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin
25ml Red Vermouth
25ml Campari

Stir all ingredients with ice and pour over ice into a rocks glass. Finish with orange peel or an orange wedge.

A bolder take on the classic, bringing Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin together with coffee and tonka infused red vermouth and Campari. ✨

20ml Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin
20ml Coffee & Tonka Red Vermouth
20ml Campari

Infuse 10g coffee beans and one tonka seed with 250ml red vermouth for two hours. Stir all ingredients with ice, pour over a large block of ice and finish with orange zest.
