Christmas Collections on the 23rd December from our production kitchen at Peffer Place, EH16 4BB. It will be from 17.00 and you will be able to choose a timeslot
I will get the menu and order form on the website in the coming days. Price will be £32 per head and numbers limited.
Starters
Lentil, ham hock and winter vegetable soup
Cream of Chestnut mushroom, tarragon and garlic soup (Vegetarian)
Chicken and duck liver parfait topped with redcurrant and orange jelly
Smoked haddock bon bons in Panko crumb with a creamed leek and pea cream sauce
Mains
Roast Lothian Turkey with Apricot and sage stuffing, kilted sausage and roast gravy
Daube of Beef casseroled in Guinness with Parsnips, carrots and onions on a bed of sweet braised red cabbage
Mediterranean vegetable lasagne with vine tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and pesto (vegetarian)
Vegetables – will be supplied for you to cook – Small baby potatoes, Whole carrots and parsnips for roasting, Brussel sprouts

Christmas pudding with home made brandy sauce
