We understand that following the recent news regarding Eskmills, many couples may suddenly find themselves searching for an alternative venue for their special day.

At The Seton Garden, we know just how stressful and emotional that situation can feel when you’ve spent months — sometimes years — planning your wedding day.

We’ve already been contacted by several affected couples, and we would like to open our doors to anyone currently looking for a new venue.

At The Seton Garden, we create magical days for our couples, their families and friends – and we’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly faces to join us for the 2026 season (April – October).

Roles Available

* Bar Supervisor (basic cocktail knowledge an advantage)
* Bar Staff
* Waiting Staff Supervisor
* Waiting Staff
* Kitchen Porters

Experience is preferred, but personality and attitude matter just as much.

About You - You’ll be:

* Hard-working and reliable
* A conscientious team player
* Calm under pressure
* Friendly and confident
* Someone with a genuine can-do attitude

What We Offer

* Uniform provided
* Flexible shifts (within reason) to fit around sport, family and social life
* Drinks and food on duty

Pay negotiable and above National Living Wage

Shifts are primarily Saturday afternoons and evenings. We don’t expect you to work every wedding, but a level of commitment across the season is essential.

Day 3 of the tastings
A few of the same dishes as to the previous two days but we had vine tomato and roast pepper soup with basil cream and chunky croutons along with a classic Eton Mess today.
That’s us for another fortnight before round 3 of the tastings ❤️

Another two tastings today. A few overlaps of dishes from yesterday which is unusual as we offer so many.
Today we had

Bruschetta with buffalo mozzarella and chorizo

Breast of chicken on a quenelle of haggis and mashed potato with a creamy pepper sauce. This was on every menu when I was a young chef in the mid 90s. Disappeared for a few decades and now back to where it belongs. Such a good dish

Breast of chicken on a bed of pesto fried gnocchi, stir fried peppers, sugar snaps, red onions, suns dried tomatoes, asparagus and olives

Daube of beef, hasselback potatoe, roast sesame carrot, tender stem broccoli with a whole grain mustard and heather honey jus

Trio of brownie, sticky toffee and biscoff cheesecake

The famous sticky toffee pudding (lots of sauce in a bowl with vanilla ice cream!)

One more tasting tomorrow then that’s us half way through.

Lentil and ham hock soup with stir fried leeks and chunky croutons.

Daube of beef, leek mash, sesame roasted carrot, tender stem broccoli, red wine shallot chestnut mushroom garlic and crispy bacon jus

Belgian chocolate and Grand Marnier torte, white chocolate ganache, orange compote and vanilla anglaise

Caramelised lemon tart with mint infused cream and fresh raspberries
