t us begin. As we enjoy our wee journey, we'd like to update you along the way. So please like and share our page so all those other beer lovin’ handsome/beautiful/odd folk like you can be part of our story. We’re passionate about our beers, love the process from start to finish (the latter is the more enjoyable!) and decided to start Winton Brewery. In our excitement and with our years of brewing together we planned to be in operation three months later. (If this was a movie this would appear on a black screen….)

…one year later! After learning a great deal from our brewing peers, from trial and error brews, from 2% to 15%, spreadsheets to hop shortages and research (pub) to working with some incredible people, we now have 6 core beers, loads of "Wan chance" beer, a pub, a dog and a phenomenal team! WB Summer sessions 2026 might be over but we’re delivering the goods again this weekend The Haddy Tap ! 👏🏻🔥

Join our Spotify Jam on Friday; the fantastic The Standard Grades are playing live from 7pm on Saturday; and we have our monthly quiz from 6pm on Sunday (booking recommended).

We’ve got The Kernel Brewery Table Beer pouring on our guest tap with NORTHERN MONK Ace Strawberry Lolly Pale up next. It’s coming down in tenements the night but the lines are getting their weekly clean. ☔️💧

We’ve got another fantastic weekend of Summer Sessions at the Haddy Tap this weekend☀️🍻

🎸 Saturday we’ve got more live music with Dom Carter at 7pm. It’s free entry!!

Sunday the activities carry on and we’ve got even more live music with something we’ve probably never had here!

🎹 The Stellar Anderson Project will be with us from 6pm.

The Stellar Anderson Project is a genre-defying collaboration led by Scottish musician Stellar Anderson. Fusing Celtic, alternative, and classical influences. Theatrical songs pair spellbinding vocals with melodic piano, viola, and acoustic guitar.

Again, just turn up and pay what you can for this fantastic show! 🙌🏻

The day shift finishes with sore feet.

The night shift finishes with sore feet, covered in kebab, £7.38 in loose change, a sticker on their napper, someone else’s sunglasses and cuddled into a wet floor sign on a bone dry carpet.

Join us at the Haddy Tap tomorrow for an evening with Naomi at 7pm for her show Tit Talk.

“This powerful, monologue performance explores the relationship we have with our b***s - our t**s. The show takes the audience on an emotional journey and while not avoiding the tough times.”

It incorporates laughter and optimism while raising awareness and understanding.

Beginning with the fun times, the performance starts sharing frivolous tales of b***s at their prime, reflects on their relationship to confidence, body image and relationships before looking at how health challenges can bring wider life perspectives.

What a cracking first day at Foodies Festival Edinburgh! 👏🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🍻

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came along, stopped for a blether, grabbed a beer and supported us (it’s a pint of this yer after, none of that other sh*te, as Stevie would say!). ❤️😂🍻

The atmosphere was absolutely buzzing and we’re back at it TODAY for Day 2 of the UK’s biggest celebration of food and drink! 🔥
